Budget Automation Training

Running a small business in Thailand means juggling a dozen things at once. Your finances shouldn't be one more headache on that list.

We built this program because we kept seeing the same problem. Business owners would track expenses on paper, lose receipts, and spend weekends trying to piece together where their money went. Then tax season would hit and everything became chaos.

Our approach is different. You'll spend three months learning to automate your budget tracking, understand cash flow patterns, and build systems that actually work for Thai businesses. No complicated theory—just practical tools you can start using immediately.

Three Levels, One Goal

Whether you're just starting out or ready to scale, we've structured this program to meet you where you are. Each level builds on the previous one, but you can jump in wherever makes sense for your business.

Foundation Track

Getting started with budget automation. You'll set up basic expense tracking, categorize transactions, and create your first automated reports. Perfect if you're still using spreadsheets or paper records.

We cover Thai tax requirements, VAT tracking, and how to handle both cash and digital payments common in Southeast Asian markets.

8 weeks • Starts September 2025

Integration Track

Connect your budget system to bank accounts, payment processors, and inventory management. This level is about making different tools talk to each other so data flows automatically.

You'll learn API basics, set up bank feeds, and create workflows that reduce manual data entry by about 80%.

10 weeks • Starts October 2025

Strategic Track

Use your automated data for forecasting, scenario planning, and growth decisions. This is where budget automation becomes a strategic advantage rather than just an administrative task.

We work with real business cases, analyzing patterns and building models that help you make confident financial decisions.

12 weeks • Starts November 2025

Who's Teaching This

Our instructors run their own businesses and consulting practices. They teach what they actually use, not what sounds good in theory.

Kasper Lindholm

Lead Instructor

Former controller for three retail chains across Bangkok and Chiang Mai.

Real Experience, Not Just Credentials

Kasper spent eight years implementing financial systems for businesses with 5 to 150 employees. He's seen what actually works when you're dealing with multiple currencies, inconsistent vendor practices, and the unique accounting requirements in Thailand.

He started teaching these methods in 2022 after watching too many business owners struggle with the same issues he'd already solved. His approach focuses on incremental improvements rather than massive system overhauls that nobody has time to implement.

  • Designed budget automation systems for 47 Thai businesses since 2019
  • Specializes in integration solutions for local payment platforms
  • Teaches practical SQL queries for financial reporting
  • Runs a consulting practice helping SMEs transition from manual to automated processes

Annika Vesala

Integration Specialist

Builds custom automation workflows for service businesses and online retailers.

Making Systems Talk to Each Other

Annika's background is in software development, but she moved into financial automation after seeing how much time businesses waste on repetitive data entry. She focuses on the Integration and Strategic tracks, teaching students how to connect different platforms without hiring a developer.

Her teaching style is hands-on. You'll spend most of your time actually building these systems rather than just reading about them. And yes, you'll make mistakes—that's part of learning what works in your specific situation.

  • Created automation templates used by over 200 Thai businesses
  • Writes extensively about no-code and low-code financial tools
  • Specializes in API integrations for accounting platforms
  • Maintains a resource library of pre-built automation workflows

Enrollment Opens June 2025

We run small cohorts—usually 12 to 15 participants—because everyone needs individual attention when setting up their systems. Your business is different from the next person's, and cookie-cutter solutions don't work.

Classes meet twice weekly via video call, with recorded sessions available if you can't make it live. You'll also get access to our community forum where students help each other troubleshoot problems.
