What You'll Actually Learn
We skip the theory lectures and get straight to building. Here's what our students spend their time doing.
Automate Your Tracking
Build systems that capture expenses automatically. No more manual entry at month-end when you're trying to remember what that receipt from three weeks ago was for.
Design Smart Reports
Create dashboards that show you what matters. We teach you to answer "where did the money go?" in under five minutes instead of spending hours digging through files.
Connect Your Tools
Link your accounting software, bank feeds, and payment systems so data flows between them. One entry, multiple updates across platforms.

How Our Program Works
You'll spend 14 weeks learning to automate budgets from scratch. Classes meet twice weekly in Chiang Mai, with additional online sessions for those who need flexible timing.
We start with basic automation principles in weeks 1-4. By week 5, you're building actual systems for real business scenarios. The final four weeks? You'll work on a project using your own company's data or a realistic case study we provide.
Our next program begins September 15, 2025. Applications open in early June, and we typically fill our 18 spots by mid-July.

Every assignment uses actual business data. You'll work with invoice batches, expense categories, and cash flow patterns that mirror what you'll face in your job.
We bring in financial managers from local businesses during weeks 7 and 11. They review your work and share what automation looks like in their companies. Some students have turned these sessions into job opportunities, though we can't promise that'll happen for everyone.
By graduation, you'll have a portfolio showing automated budget models, reporting systems, and process documentation that you can show potential employers or use in your current role.

Student Experience
I joined the winter 2024 session expecting basic Excel tricks. Instead, I learned to connect five different systems that now update automatically. My monthly close went from three days to about four hours. The instructors answered my weird technical questions without making me feel stupid.
